OBX Real Wedding: Lighthouse Love
Stephanie & Michael had by far one of the funnest weddings of the whole year, and they were luck to have Neil GT Photography there to capture it all! This group was full of love, happiness and killer dance moves. Their ceremony was held at the Currituck Lighthouse on a beautiful September day that brides dream of when they think of an Outer Banks September wedding. The beautiful historic Whalehead and old brick Currituck Beach lighthouse made for the perfect backdrop for their vows, and the hens that roam the property were by far the cutest wedding crashers we've ever seen. (Side note: How sweet is that dress/veil combo?!)
The reception held at Chunk O Dune event home by Brindley Beach was a sweet ocean front venue for dancing and enjoying High Cotton's fabulous BBQ. 10 Fish Photo Booth was huge highlight, kiddos and adults alike had a blast in the booth. We dressed the reception site with our white cafe lights, paper lanterns, and we highlighted the pool with our custom flower boat- by far one of our favorite new ideas of the summer! Event homes are a great venue and the love boat is a great way to have a floral focal point and use the pool space. The main event of the evening- wedding cake pinata obviously!
Best wishes to Stephanie & Michael!
