Real OBX Wedding: Corolla Glam
Amanda and Outer Banks local Ben had beautiful northern OBX wedding filled with historical sights, rich colors and glam details. They held their ceremony at the Whalehead Club in Corolla, and we were so excited to provide something that has just as much history to their ceremony backdrop- the alter was an antique headboard salvaged from an old castle! Dressed with rich ribbons from France that blew in the wind on their soundfront location, this gold structure was the perfect backdrop for their vows.
Dressing their reception at the Black Stallion by Twiddy and Co was just as fun. We highlighted the outdoor pool side reception with glitzy gold tablecloths and custom branches. We used bright jewel toned dahlias, spider mums and real artichokes as the main centerpieces, and of course gold mercury glass votives to complete the look. Best wishes to Amanda and Ben!
